Ian has just listed a house for sale in Villagarcia - you can see it here.
We try not to get involved with properties for sale in the village, however we were accosted one morning by a lady who obviously knew that Ian did work for an estate agent. It is in a nice position, over the other side of the main road towards the railway line.
